MASO PetPhone Warranty & Return Policy

1. Warranty

The MASO PetPhone is covered by a twelve (12)-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including unexpected failures or technical issues such as:

  • Device malfunction without an apparent cause.
  • Charging, connectivity, or audio issues caused by factory defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, drops, breakage, exposure to liquids or high temperatures.
  • Unauthorized repairs or attempts to open the device.
  • Damage resulting from non-original accessories, third-party software, or improper power connection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by the authorized service center, the device will be repaired or replaced with a new or equivalent unit.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

Return requests are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of receipt in the following cases only:

  1. Receiving a product different from what was ordered.
  2. Receiving a product that is damaged or non-functional upon arrival.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original, unused condition.
  • In the original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order number.

After inspection:

  • A replacement will be provided if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
  • Or a refund will be issued within 7 business days if replacement is not available.

3. Technical Support & Customer Service

  • Support is available via email and through the official website.
  • The Petphone app also provides instant 24/7 technical support directly from within the application.
